This mature husband and wife are the type of nude seniors I am talking about. They have just left their local beach after a swim and look energized. I look forward to the day where I can do this sort of thing every morning myself.

The last nudist holiday of this type I had was great and I loved the companionship around the caravan park in the evenings. I hung out and drank with a group of boys who were from the other side of the country and were having a blast surfing and swimming naked on the wonderful beach that was only a minutes walk from the camping area.

Some people often complain there are hardly any family friendly nude beaches and that there are too many dominated by gay men but it’s sure not the case at this beach and many others I have seen. It’s just a matter of finding the ones that are. It may mean you have to travel longer to get to them but it is worth it for the atmosphere.

Here’s a little movie montage of one of the beaches I would like to visit. As you can see there are a fair amount of younger people here compared to many of the full on nude beaches of Europe. While I don’t have anything against older nudists it’s nice to have some people your own age to meet.

If you are going to a nude beach just to check out all the beautiful young bodies you will probably be disappointed to see so many golden oldies but the truth is they make up the majority of nudists at many of the smaller beaches and resorts. Myself, I think it’s cool these senior citizens still love being naked and are not at all worried about wrinkles, saggy breasts, flabby bottoms etc that more uptight types are so concerned with. I hope one day I am an old nudist!
