I tell you true nudists love to do every facet of life in the nude. After all that’s how we wish we could live our entire life. This young woman is a prime example. She is dutifully taking her dog for a walk around the grounds of the naturist resort she is holidaying at. Hmmm I wonder what out pets make of us being nude at times and clothed at others. It must all seem very strange to them I would imagine. Perhaps I’m giving them too much credit? I don’t know I’ve had some very smart dogs in my life.

A lot of Dutch girls love sunbathing topless. When I was traveling there a few years ago I noticed that the Dutch topless beaches where far more popular that the nude beaches there. Maybe it was the time of year or maybe the ladies prefer to keep a little more modesty I am not sure. Whatever the case they still have some magnificent beaches there that are teaming with girls and guys during the warmer months.

When I see a photo like this one it makes me want so much to be the ocean. If you’ve never tried nudism it is hard to explain the feeling of standing completely naked right next to the big blue ocean as the mist of salty ocean water whips at you as the sea breeze washes over your body. This family of nudists know that feeling well I bet.
I have even done this during the colder winter months! The feeling is exhilarating but I couldn’t stand there too long. Luckily this was at favorite nudist resort of mine so I was able to head back to the cabin for a warming schnapps and the sauna.

This male nudist likes to keep himself fit and active and it shows. Unlike a lot of guys his age he doesn’t sit in front of the TV for hours a day. Instead he spends most of his free time at his favorite Ukrainian nudist colony with his wife and family. There he loves to swim and hike.. all naked of course. He has been into the nudist lifestyle since he was a child himself as his own parents were naturists too.
I hope when I am this gentlemens age I am still strong and healthy. I am sure the benefits of a nude lifestyle helps in that regard.

A male friend of mine who has never visited a nude beach was asking me about the lifestyle as he was keen to give it a try. His main two concerns were his penis getting sunburnt and perhaps getting aroused and getting an erection right there on the beach. When you are new to nudism sunburn can be a problem especially in those sensitive areas. You can put sunblock on the penis and balls to help. As for getting excited I find it’s not as much of a problem as you might think. If you do find yourself getting aroused then it’s best to just sit down and perhaps cover yourself rather than walking around with hardon.
After informing him about this he came to the beach one day with us. He was nervous as he took off his Speedos and got naked. He soon started to relax as the beach started filling with nudist families and couples all out for a day of fun. He didn’t get too burnt and is know a semi regular nudist with a nicely developing all round tan.

This mature lady is a regular at this nude beach. It is her local and she spends at least a few hours nearly everyday there naked and enjoying the sun and the company of her fellow nudists. As you can see from her wonderful full body tan she never wears a swimsuit and detests them. She says the only item of clothing she will ever wear at the beach is her hat and sandals. Amen to that!
